Jim Walker is determined to move criminal and civil cases through the court system without unnecessary delays.

Over the course of his career as a Yolo County Deputy District Attorney supervisor and prosecutor, Jim Walker has prosecuted more than 45 jury trials with a 99% conviction rate.

He's also spearheaded collaborative efforts with local police and sheriffs throughout the county to promote innovative crime-fighting and investigative solutions to tackle local public safety concerns.

As a Yolo County Superior Court Judge, Jim Walker will apply the law with a firm hand, steadied by integrity, fairness and the pursuit of justice.

His highest priorities will be keeping Yolo County neighborhoods and families safe, protecting victim's rights and defending consumers from fraud.

Jim Walker will continue to support efforts that promote cooperative relationships between all law enforcement agencies, and ensure that Yolo County residents receive the services and protection they expect, and deserve.
